SCHOOL FORMS

Students in grades 6 - 8 will have the opportunity to compete against other schools in soccer, volleyball, basketball and track. The coaches for these sports are composed of teachers and parents. The seasons for these sports are:

Co-ed Soccer	September - October
Girl's Volleyball	September - October
Boy's Basketball	December - February
Girl's Basketball	December - February
Co-ed Track	March - April

Intramural Sports (Grades 3 - 5)

Co-ed Soccer	September - October
Co-ed Basketball	February - March

No fee will be charged for participation in intramural sports. A small fee will be charged for extramural sports to cover the cost of referees and officials.

To: St. John the Evangelist School - 240 Arnold St. Hapeville (404) 767-4312
*Volleyball/Basketball players go to the Hapeville Recreation Center **Soccer players go to the school

· Left onto Hwy 74 to I-85
· I-85 North to Central Avenue/Hapeville exit
· Take a left at the stop sign onto Central Avenue to N. Fulton
· Left onto North Fulton - the Recreation Center is on the corner of King Arnold and N. Fulton

· Follow directions above to the Central Avenue Exit
· Left onto Central Avenue to Sunset Avenue
· Left onto Sunset Avenue - the school is on your right
· Park in the upper parking lot. Walk down to the gym and through the gate to the soccer field
