The ministries of St. Paul Lutheran Church and School are centered on the cross of Jesus Christ. As Christians in the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod, the message of Jesus Christ and His forgiveness won for us on the cross serve as the focal point for everything we do.

As redeemed children of God, we want that message of grace, forgiveness, and love extended to all people. So in a partnership with the home, with the Church, and in our School, we will seek in all things in:

“Bringing Christ to the Home” and “Transforming Lives with Eternal Values.”

We believe that Christ in the home will not only transform lives, but will develop and shape our values system here in this world and for eternity. How can we accomplish that? Through the 5 purposes for ministry:

  1. Worship- Develop and maintain a dynamic, vibrant, faith-filled worship experience to equip and assist members and guests in worshipping God with their whole lives.
  2. Fellowship - To ensure that everyone actively participates and serves in the family of believers.
  3. Discipleship - Equip all of God's people at St. Paul for spiritual growth and maturity.
  4. Ministry - Prepare all of God's people at St. Paul Lutheran Church for works of service, faithfully administering His grace in its various forms within and beyond the St. Paul community.
  5. Evangelism - Foster an environment using St. Paul Lutheran Church's membership to connect people to Jesus.

As we live out our mission statement and 5 purposes as the forgiven, redeemed children of God, our core values guide and direct those ministries. It is our intention that as we serve Him, it will be done so through and with:

  1. Prayer
  2. Integrity
  3. Faithfulness to God’s Word
  4. Excellence
  5. Stewardship (that we are faithful in the gifts, resources, talents, and abilities of those around us)

And as we live out our lives as His forgiven, redeemed children. As we live out the mission of “Bringing Christ to the Home and Transforming Lives with Eternal Values.” As we live out the 5 purposes of ministry of Worship, Fellowship, Discipleship, Ministry, and Evangelism. As we live out our core values of Prayer, Integrity, Faithfulness to God’s Word, Excellence, and Stewardship, we pray that this process will result in:

“Developing Fully Devoted Followers of Jesus Christ.”
