We Want to Create a Place for Your Family to Encounter Jesus
Worship is the core of where God speaks and feeds our faith. We love to have families worship together. We’ve even adjusted our service and its length to help that happen well. But if you need to take a child out, there is both a large lobby and a separate room for changing/feeding a baby. There is also a staffed nursery.
Holy Communion is celebrated on the 1st and 3rd Sundays.
What to expect
Traditional worship includes music on the organ, hymns, liturgy, and pastors in robes/vestments. Contemporary worship has a live band, praise songs, more casual dress, with an order of service that is more free-flowing. Both services have the same readings, messages, prayers, and creeds.
Dress for both services is widely varied. In just about every service on every Sunday, you can find dress pants and shorts, skirts and capris, sport coats and t-shirts, dress shoes and flip-flops. This is not a dividing point at St. Paul.
In between services, the Discipleship Hour has age-specific ministries for all. Adults and high school youth gather in the sanctuary. Middle School youth meet for confirmation studies. Sunday School has different groups for preschool and elementary kids.
