Make School Payments Online

  1. Login to FACTS
    • In an Internet browser window, navigate to the FACTS Family Portal https://sis.factsmgt.com/family-portal
    • Type the school code, STPL-GA.
    • Enter your login credentials
    • FACTS customers experiencing problems adding funds to a prepay account or other financial issues can call FACTS Payer Services at 866-441-4637, and they will troubleshoot with the family directly.
    • There is also a section for Parent Help on their support page: https://factsmgt.com/support/
  2. Scroll down to the Financial tab at the bottom of the menu.
